My Story
Esther Boj
I graduated from the School of Business with an MBA, concentrating in Management Information Systems. After that, I worked as a project manager on technology products, which gave me the opportunity to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders; from engineers and product managers to content writers, designers, and data teams.
Working so closely with different teams opened my eyes to the many worlds that exist within tech. It sparked a real curiosity in me, especially around product. I found myself fascinated by how strategic and technical product work could be, and how much thought goes into delivering solutions that truly address customer pain points. But the most fulfilling part? Watching a product that was built with intention actually improve someone’s experience. That’s when I knew I wanted to be part of that process.
This journey led me to where I am now; combining my love for technology with my passion for art and design to solve user problems in creative and meaningful ways. I enjoy working with tools like Figma and am excited to keep growing, sharpening my skills, and expanding my toolkit as I move forward in my professional life.
